Stay on International Drive on your October 2025 Florida holiday
This October 2025 Orlando holiday includes two weeks in a hotel on International Drive. Many to choose from (we book all of them) but the Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando or Coco Key Hotel and Water Park Resort are mid-range, well priced, and as good as any. Perfect locations – shops, restaurants and entertainment venues are right there. Disney and Universal are just a few miles away.
It’s easy to get around. The I-Ride bus offers cheap and convenient transportation along I-Drive and Universal Boulevard. There are stops at all the key attractions.
Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando
The Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando is a popular, budget-friendly hotel. The reviews on TripAdvisor are excellent – over 9500 reviews average at 4/5 stars. The Pointe Orlando shopping and entertainment complex is just across the road. The hotel has three swimming pools, a family restaurant, sports bar, mini market and free gated parking. It offers free shuttles to Universal Orlando, SeaWorld and Aquatica.
The rooms are cosy and clean – facilities include an en suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave and free Wi-Fi.
Coco Key Hotel and Water Park Resort
Coco Key Hotel and Water Park Resort is a family-friendly hotel located close to Orlando’s attractions and shopping. The resort features a canopy covered water park with a thrilling 60ft twisting water slide. The 6000 square foot arcade features over 50 of the newest video games.
The rooms include air conditioning, refrigerator, coffee/tea makers and flat-screen TVs. The hotel provides complimentary transportation to SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, Aquatica and Wet n’ Wild.
The hotel has a solid 4.0 rating on TripAdvisor.
