Located just off Highway 192, Emerald Island is a popular community located in Kissimmee, Florida. The resort is handy for all the major theme parks and attractions in the Orlando area, including Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and other amenities nearby.

Emerald Island is situated within a natural conservation area – many of the villas have views of the surrounding wetlands and woods. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, sauna, and a heated pool and spa.

This Xmas 2025 Orlando holiday includes two weeks in a good quality Emerald Island villa.

The property has 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are en suite; two with king sized beds and two with queen sized beds. The remaining three bedrooms are themed twins – perfect for the kids. All bedrooms include a TV with a DVD player.

The living area is open plan and spacious. There are two sofa areas, a kitchen with island and a dining table. The games room has table tennis and a pool table. Free Wi-Fi is included.

The rear of the property faces south and has lake views. The outdoor area features a private swimming pool with spa, loungers, BBQ and sitting area.
