This June 2025 Florida holiday includes two weeks in a comfortable villa at Esprit Resort. The villa has three bedrooms – two doubles and one twin. There are two bathrooms, a lounge, dining area and kitchen with breakfast table. The outdoor area features a private pool, picnic table and loungers.
Esprit is a quiet community offering a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks. Part holiday home, part-residential, Esprit benefits from the time and enthusiasm of full-time residents in maintaining the community and its communal facilities.
The location is perfect – there are plenty of restaurants, takeaways and shops nearby, including a 24-hour Walmart. Disney is just a few miles away. The resort is set within a conservation area and borders Lake Davenport, where guests can enjoy fishing, picnics and nature walks.
Resort facilities include a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a changing cabana, tennis and basketball courts. The Polo Park East golf course is just next to the resort, and there are many other championship courses in the area.
Esprit is easy to find and is a perfect base for visiting the theme parks. It’s also perfectly located for exploring further afield – Tampa, Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast are easily accessible via the nearby Interstate 4.
